Unable to create unit tests due to new platform architecture

Question

Hello, 
 Cannot upgrade my test suite, all the moq setups fail due to this gem: 
 Error Message: System.NotImplementedException : This functionality is only available when running within Verint Community. 
 
 For example setting up username throws the exception mentioned above 
 
 navigating to the implementation of the username property in the IDE shows this: 
 
 so what is the actual purpose of that? How do we do unit tests in the new architecture?

Thanks for the feedback. The reference version of the platform is overly aggressive with how it throws exceptions, and I agree that's particularly unhelpful if used in a mock. 
 I've logged this to be changed as TE-19710.
