Maintenance Page But No Errors

I've tried to start the site but I'm seeing the maintenance page with the error message:

http://local:5340 will be down for a bit while we make some improvements.

This Community failed to load customizations and requires manual intervention. Please wait.

The docker logs don't show any errors, so how can I go about diagnosing this issue? The site won't loads and the logs aren't giving me any errors so I'm at a loss.

    I looked in there too and there's nothing in there that isn't in the docker logs I shared. They're identical in fact.

    If all else fails, take a look at cs_Exceptions. The code path for this should be logging.

    Probably safe to assume you already tried, but also try broadening the scope of these docker logs to not just web.

    I did, but it's quite challenging at the moment as they're flooded with the other errors already reported, so real errors get lost. I've started everything except for jobs to isolate those issues and attached ALL the logs from docker. The cs_exceptions table is empty; nothing is being logged there but I still get the message "This Community failed to load customizations and requires manual intervention. Please wait." with no way of tracing the cause.

    At this point, I'd suggest simply undoing changes that introduced this. I know this is not ideal. But I am logging expanding the types of exceptions that are logged during custom plugin loading to not exclude anything. Currently, there are certain characteristics that could make an exception not be logged from that.

    Thanks, I've found the issue now and it was a dependency of a plugin that had a Windows only dll causing an issue. There's a good chance others might run into this too as sites are migrated to v14, so more logs would be really helpful. It was tricky to track this one down as it effectively failed silently.
