IWebContextualContainerType has been removed, are all container types now considered Web Contextual

Code currently does this

                var container = PluginManager.Get<IWebContextualContainerType>()
                    .FirstOrDefault(a => a.ContainerTypeId == contextItem.ContainerTypeId);

                if (container != null && contextItem.ContainerId.HasValue &&
                    contextItem.ContainerTypeId == Apis.Get<IGroups>().ContainerTypeId)
                {
                    currentContainer = container.Get(contextItem.ContainerId.Value);
                }
                else
                {
                    //Only interested in context in groups
                    break;
                }

What should it be replaced with?

Yes, this plugin type was removed along with IWebContextualApplicationType and IWebContextualContentType. You can use the non-web-contextual version. And if you want to check what content/applications/containers are in context, use the Url In-Process API Service .
