IP Tracking is Missing in the Administration Panel

Can you be a bit more specific as to what is missing?  The screenshots both show IP Banning, in 14 that UI has been updated to more consistent with newer administration panels.  

Patrick M. you can see on the left hand side for v13 under ip banning there is an ip tracking - but in V14 we do not see that 

Ah yes I see.  This panel was removed and we will always track IP addresses for blog posts, forum threads/replies and comments(Only available to moderators/admins).  The feature as it was not consistent or well enforced.
