How do I configure SSL Offloading / Load Balancing?

Verint Community supports being configured to support an SSL offloader/load balancer.

1. Edit Environment Configuration to specify the following options in the Core section:
   1. Configure SiteUrl to use the HTTPS protocol and the port configuration of the SSL offloader/load balancer.
   2. Set ReadForwardedHeader to true 
   3. If an alternate header will be used to pass the client IP address through the SSL offloader/load balancer, specifying the name of this custom header in CustomProxyHeader.
2. Ensure that you are setting the Forwarded header (or custom header) on the offload device when forwarding requests. Community will honor the proto and for settings.
