Knowledge Management - Browse Knowledge Collections : Configuration

Description

Purpose

Displays a list of knowledge collections.

Limitation

This widget requires Knowledge Collections be enabled on the site.

Where it works

This widget works on nearly any page in the site.

Configuration

Place and configure the widget

1. Click Pencil Icon >  Manage [Site/Group] Theme > Edit this Page
2. Select and place the Knowledge Management - Browse Knowledge Collections widget on the page
3. Click on  in the widget menu bar. The configuration dialog appears.
4. You can change the title of this widget by replacing the text in the Widget Title box.
5. Show Post Count - Check box to display.
6. Show Last Update - Check box to display.
7. Group - This option defaults to the current group. You can select another group by starting to type the group name and selecting it from the drop-down list of groups found.
8. Number of results to display - Define the number of Ideas to display. Default = 20
9. Click Save in the configuration dialog.
10. Click Publish when complete.
