Article Event Calendar - Calendar List : Configuration

Description

Purpose

Displays a list of Calendars.

Limitation

This widget requires Event Calendars be setup in the community.

This widget works on just about any page in the community,

Configuration

Place and configure the widget

  1. Click Pencil Icon >  Manage [Site/Group] Theme > Edit this Page
  2. Select and place the Event Calendar - Calendar List widget on the page
  3. Click on   in the widget menu bar. The configuration dialog appears.
  4. You can change the title of this widget by replacing the text in the Widget Title box.
  5. Calendars Per Page - Define the numbers of calendars to be displayed.
  6. Show All Calendars -  When checked all community calendars will be displayed to members with the appropriate permissions.
  7. Show Calendar Name - When checked calendar names will be displayed to members with the appropriate permissions.
  8. Show Upcoming Event Count - When checked upcoming event counts will be displayed for each calendar listed.
  9. Show Upcoming Event Date - When checked upcoming event dates will be displayed for each calendar listed.
  10. Sort Order - Select from the following: 
    • By name
    • Custom order
      • Include Calendars - Select, rearrange, and enable the calendars to be displayed.
  11. Click Save to exit the configuration dialog.
  12. Click Publish when complete.
