Purpose

Displays a browse control to view all article collections on the site.

Configuration

Place and configure the widget

1. Click Pencil Icon >  Manage Article Collection Theme > Edit this Page
2. Select and place the Articles - Browse Collections widget on the page.
3. Click on  in the widget menu bar. The configuration dialog appears.
4. You can change the title of this widget by replacing the text in the Widget Title box.
5. Show Article Collection Name - When checked the Article Collection Name will be displayed.
6. Show Article Collection Group Name - When checked the Article Collection's Group Name will be displayed.
7. Show Article Count - When checked the number of Articles will be displayed.
8. Filter to Group - Select a group to scope the widget. Default = Current Group
9. Show data from Group and all Subgroups - When checked, the list includes subgroup Articles in addition to group Articles .
10. Number of results to display - The number of Articles to be displayed. Default = 20
11. Sort Order - Select one of the following:
    • By name
    • By customer order
      • Include Article Collections - Enable and organize the Acticle Collections
12. Include current group's name in Title (Title must be a formatted string with a {0} placeholder  - When checked, the list displays the name of the current group.
13. Click Save to exit the configuration dialog.
14. Click Publish when complete.
