Blog - About : Configuration

Purpose

Displays the About the Author content

Limitations

You must setup an about page for the blogbefore this widget is able to populate with content.

Where this widget works

This widget works in blog and blog post pages.

Configuration

Enable and fill in the About the Author section

1. Go to your blog
2. Click Pencil Icon >  Manage Blog > About the Author
3. Click the checkbox for "Publish the 'About You' page" 
4. After clicking the checkbox the text editor window will appear
5. Enter a Page title for this option
6. Enter Body content for the option
   
7. Click Save 
8. After the Success message is displayed close the window

Place and configure the widget

1. Click Pencil Icon >  Mange Blog Theme > Edit this Page
2. Select and place the Blog - About widget on the page
3. Click on  in the widget menu bar and the configuration dialog appears
4. You can change the title of this widget by replacing the text in the Widget Title box
5. Click Save
6. Click Publish when complete.
