Telligent Community blogs support a contact form to enable contacting the blog author using a web form instead of publishing an email address. To enable the contact form, navigate to the blog, Manage > Manage Blog > Blog Options and ensure that the Enable Contact Form checkbox is checked and that the Contact Email Address is specified.
Click Save. This will enable the contact form for the blog which can be exposed via the Blog Links widget (it is enabled by default when viewing blog posts via the More menu) within the blog theme. Clicking the contact link will take the visitor to the contact form:
