How can I identify who edited a media file?

We have a number of owners for each group, and sometimes someone else edits a media item (sometimes to edit the file, other times just to change the title field). A group owner was alarmed that the activity story showed she updated a file, when she didn't (she was the original uploader of the file). I tried to find in the Admin panel if there was an activity log that would tell me when someone edited a media file (who was not the original uploader) and I can't find it. I thought this would be easy to track, but it looks like it isn't? Maybe I'm missing something simple.

This is covered by the new Auditing feature added in Verint Community 12 , which tracks nearly all data-altering actions in the community. 
 Prior to version 12, it could have been possible to use the API to handle specific events and take some action on them, however even that would have required a custom plugin or a web hook prior to version 11, which brought simpler event handling through Automations .
