License Reinstallation

We have a Verint/Telligent Community on 10.2.4.5233. The product is used for testing.

A license was inadvertently removed from the product and we are having trouble re-applying the license.

I can reply with more details about the license details if necessary (if we reach out to someone to confirm that the license is still valid, e.g.)
