Pop up not autoclosing in telligent website

Can you please share your full version number?

i am using the telligent version 10.3.1.6900. when clicking 'x' button in the modal ,it is closing but the other buttons like 'save' or 'cancel' the pop up is not closing.

Which pop-up are you clicking "save" or "cancel" in? If it's happening in multiple pop-ups could you identify one specific one (or more) specific cases where this is occurring? This helps us to review exactly what you're seeing--we're having trouble reproducing the issue.

If i click the 'save' button ,it is supposed to close the modal pop up. but it doesnt do so. how can i fix this ? Please help.

When I test clicking save on the "Change Your Avatar" pop-up with the version you have installed, the pop-up does close.

Could you identify the browser, version, and operating system that you're using when you have this issue?

Also, could you open the developer console for your web browser when accessing this pop-up and review if you're receiving any errors in the javascript console?
