Pop up not autoclosing in telligent website

After upgrading from 10.1 version to 10.3 version , i have noticed the pop up box is not auto closing after clicking the button inside the pop up modal. Can any one suggest in this case?

There is a known issue where clicking near the 'x' but not on it will cause the modal to scroll to the bottom for longer modals. I am not aware of any issue with clicking directly on the 'x' not closing a modal.

i am using the telligent version 10.3.1.6900. when clicking 'x' button in the modal ,it is closing but the other buttons like 'save' or 'cancel' the pop up is not closing.
