we have 3 tier for development, Dev for recent dev work , Staging and Production .
At dev : we recently migrated site to 10.3
At staging : just imported the production data and trying to apply the 10.3 UI upgrade from dev
In staging we noticed that we have two widget with same and and same GUID and while importing a widget changes are not reflecting in the widget where they suppose to be.
