Blog post unpublish option no longer visible

Question

Hi. We've noticed that the blog post unpublish option is no longer visible. Any ideas? 
 This is the unpublish option that appears when you go to the blog post admin and click on an individual post to reveal the options . Here's a screen grab. Normally the unpublish option would be listed along with the other options. This is 10.1

There is an error in the logic of that panel. It checks the current blog post for publish/unpublish permission, rather than each blog post that is being displayed. You can work around this by opening the panel from the page of a blog post you have permission to publish/unpublish.
