Get all notifications (like messages, comments etc..)

Hello, 
 
 Is there any api in Telligent that can give us info about any type of notification related to a user. for more clearity i am placing a screen shot below

In above screen shot (yellow rounded part) have some notification for a user 
 1. for read/unread notifications (in above pic there is 2 unread notifications) 
 2. for messages. 
 here i want info for all read and unread notifications and also info for any message. Please suggest any docs of such type of api available in Telligent.

The Notifications API will include all notifications. For the implementation of the site banner, we explicitly exclude message-based notifications from the first list to show them differently in the messages list.
