I've scoured the documentation and don't see an API call for getting replies by user (either via widget or in-process api). Am I missing something or is there currently no way to filter replies for a specific user? I understand I can do this with some list manipulation, but I wanted to be certain there wasn't a built in method for doing this first.
Note: I'd prefer to do this via widget as opposed to using plugins, but, I'm open to either option if there is one.
There is not a direct API to retrieve forum replies, however, you can use search with a query of "type:forumreply and user:15470" (where the userID is provided for the user parameter). This will retrieve forum replies by the user that are indexed.
Thanks! This may solve the issue.. a couple followup questions: How often are replies indexed? Is there documentation somewhere listing what query parameter and filter parameters are available?

That schedule is determined by the "Search Index" job. On this site, for example, it looks for content to index every 2 minutes.

This is old but still valid. I'm asking internally for a more up-to-date set of documentation for search fields.
Thanks so much for your help!
