This automation will add a user to a Group based on the domain in their email address.
Installation Instructions
- To import this automation please follow the documentation listed here: https://community.telligent.com/community/12/a/user-documentation/UD354/how-do-i-configure-automations-for-my-community
- You will then click on "Automations" above the Automation Studio tab and click "Add"
- For the "Type of Automation" drop down, select "Add User to a Group based on email domain"
- Configure the automation as shown below, enable it, and click save!
Configuration Options
- Group(s)
- Which Group(s) you want the user to be added to when they register.
- Domain
- The email domain that must match for the user to be added to the Group(s) configured above
