This widget can be used for by XM clients to connect their Verint Community with Digital Feedback (formerly known as OpinionLab, OL, Digital Experience, DX, and Digital Feedback Management) and/or Predictive Modeling (formerly known as ForeSee, Predictive Experience, PX, and CX Suite).
The use of either Digital Feedback or Predictive Modeling requires a software license and use of the widget requires Verint Community. Reach out to your Community account team for specific pricing and options. The widget can be setup to present a survey intercept and/or capture opt-in feedback from visitors if they have comments about the page they are on or their experience as a whole on community. It is also common for people to use the tab to leave feedback about your brand as a whole or specific parts other parts of the journey that may be outside your Community.
After you purchase a license, to deploy import the widget and then edit the configuration and updating the meta data as needed. After you publish the widget, you can update the widget at anytime.
