Engagement Management Live Chat widget enables you to extend your Community and Web Self Service installation by allowing you to configure the Engagement Management Live Chat from within the Community and Web Self Service via a widget.
This requires an Engagement Management and Community and Web Self Service products installed and working.
Installation steps:
- Download the EngagementManagementLiveChatLauncher.zip
- Unzip the file.
- Go to Administration
- Select Interface > Widget Studio
- Import EngagementManagementLiveChatLauncher-Widget
- Click Import
- Import EngagementManagementLiveChatLauncher-Widget-Resources
- Click Import
- Select the Engagement Management Live Chat Launcher widget.
- Widget Actions > Publish Staged Changes
- Click OK
