Improve your community’s content structure by asking your authors to tag their content with preconfigured labels. Authors select one or more predefined labels which are relevant to the posts they create. Your community content will have an easily understandable knowledge structure for both your users and group managers.
The 3sides Prescribed Labels solution allows you to define prescribed labels per application instance in a group. These custom labels can be configured by group owners and administrators. A group owner can define a set of preferred labels for a particular group per application instance.
Once the labels are configured, one or more must be selected by an author before they can publish a post. The labels will then be displayed with the article. If a user clicks on a label provides a quick overview of all posts with that particular label.
This solution can be used instead or alongside the standard free tags method. This solution to improve your community’s content structure.
