Telligent Community Server provides end users with multiple tools for publishing and consuming content. One of the most popular publishing tools is Telligent's email integration, which also enables publishing to a blog though email. This article details the requirements, such as enabling the mail gateway.
Once enabled, authorized users will be able to send email to a unique email address and have the contents of that email, including attached images, published to the configured blog.
You must enable blogging by email first and you must have access to the blogs management section of the Telligent Control Panel.
Retrieve the blog email address
To retrieve the email address associated with your blog, after enabling blogging by email, navigate to the blog within the Telligent Control Panel:

Select the blog that is configured to support blogging through email. Note, you can also go directly to the blog within the Control Panel.

Click Edit blog settings in the Options widget.

Navigate to Write > New post by email to view the blog by email address.

In your email client:

Enter the blog by email address in the To line.

Enter the blog post title in the Subject line.
- Enter the blog content in the body text area. Any images you add will be included in the post.
