Forum Moderation is not working

Hi All,

Forum moderation not working on telligent 9.x ,

I have done all settings as explained to enable moderation, but its not working.

Is there any job which needs to be enabled to make it work?

Can you be more specific as to what steps you are referring and what exactly is not working?

wanted the posts in the forums to be moderated. On Telligent, if I go to the Forum Options, the “Moderate Thread/Replies” box is checked. Additionally, I went to one of my test users’ profiles and selected “Moderate user”. I am still able to reply to forum posts without my comments being moderated and approved.

Can you please investigate why Telligent is not moderating properly? Additionally, would like all notifications about moderation sent to him: ajaz001@abc.com.
