Per branding and government guidelines we must place the 
on all links that take the end user to a new website (not ours). This is also something that is standard practice for most sites to let the end user know they are leaving the current site they are on.
ONE: Is there a way to add this image to the site files and then have have the site automatically place this icon after a link if the link is set to "new window".
TWO: Or an alternative to programming it that way to add that new window icon to the special icon's list so it can easily inserted by someone creating the post?
