Database Prerequisites when Upgrading from Telligent 7 to Telligent 9

You would be tied to any system requirements that pertain to that version in the documentation  https://community.telligent.com/community/9/w/user-documentation/52169/install-upgrade-and-configure

However I highly discourage an upgrade to 9.  You should be upgrading to a version of 10.1 at minimum, 10.2 preferred.   9.2, the only 9.X supported version will no longer be supported as of December of this year (2018)

Does it advisable/doable to Upgrade from Telligent 7 To Teliigent 10.2  directly, without Migrating to Telligent 9.2 Version?

If we can upgrade to Telligent 10.2 directly from Telligent 7 , we would like to know the  Prerequisites Configurations of 

Initial Size(MB) , AutoGrowth/MaxSize Proprty values For Telligent 10.2.

So the answer for the DB is the same, we document the minimum system requirements.

You can update directly, but you may have data issues being such a large spread.  The same issues however would more than likely happen for 9.2.
