I'm trying to create a rule and on the Then part, when I want to add a user to a group under a certain condition, I can't specify the group name because the Group field returns zero results when searching.
What may be the cause for this?
The group lookup used by the "add a user to a group" action requires search to be setup and indexed. Can you find groups using the site search in the community?
No I cannot and I already deleted the existing index and set the content to be reindexed as it states in this documentation, what am I doing wrong?
Did you complete both steps in "Reset the Index" -- specifically, did you run the SQL script against your Community database?

Can you verify that you don't have any search indexing exceptions logged in Administration > Monitoring > Exceptions since you reset the search index?
I have no Search exceptions whatsoever in Monitoring > Exceptions or Events for that matter
