I recently updated my test community, replacing the filestorage and database with the lastest filestorage and database from production.
But ever since then, I've been having some issues with searching.
Whenever I search for something I get some "invisible links" and some of them are bronken.

Was there some JS or Solr configuration that I missed?
What version did you upgrade from? And which version did you upgrade to? (if you can provide the full version number, that will be helpful)

I wasn't an upgrade but an update, with the most recent database and filestorage from production, the version is 9.1.
But the search is acting weird showing invisible result sets, should it be reconfigured?
So you moved a production database and file storage folder to a testing environment? Its possible that you have content in your search index that is no longer present in your database because you replaced the database.
You could try reindexing all of your content: community.telligent.com/.../search-index-problems
