Cannot see Impersonate user in Membership admin on v9.2

We are checking out v9.2 in our Dev, and I cannot see Impersonate User option when editing a member under Administration > Membership.  What am I missing?

  • Can you share any exceptions that occur when seeing this? Including both any exceptions logged in Administration > Monitoring as well as any JavaScript errors in Chrome's console?

  • I'm afraid that seems unrelated. Any client side errors in Chrome's console when this happens?

  • Yep, that's it! Unfortunately, it's not clearly identifying what may be going on.

    Just to double check:

The issue is that the "impersonate" link isn't visible or it's visible but not working?

This is only happening in Chrome and just on one instance of 9.2? Other browsers using the same site see the link? And you have other sites on the exact same version of 9.2 that are working in Chrome? Are potentially other users/computers with Chrome able to see the link?

Would it be possible to share a diagnostic export from Administration > About? Feel free to send it via a PM if you'd rather.

  • Sent a PM with the additional information, and the diagnostic export.

  • Thank you for the extra information. Still not quite narrowing this down.

Considering that this is only an issue for you on one site and that other browsers work fine with it as do some other Chrome users, I'm wondering if it's possible you have any custom browser extensions enabled? It shouldn't break the site, but out of curiosity, is the browser's font size set to zoom in or out?
