&lt;p&gt;Welcome to&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Community Management Roles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;within the Community Management Basics course for&amp;nbsp;Verint Community. Here you will learn about a few of the critical &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="/community/12/w/manager-training/68028/end-user-roles"&gt;End-User Roles&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;needed to run a successful online community. You may be performing one or more of the roles covered.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;End-User Roles are responsibility-type roles such as Community Manager, Group Owners, Moderators, Author and Administrator.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You&amp;#39;ll also learn about&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="/community/12/w/manager-training/68029/product-roles"&gt;Product Roles&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;that are different from End-User Roles. Product&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Roles are groups of Permissions and are used to group and identify&amp;nbsp;users such as &amp;quot;Everyone&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;Registered&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;Partners&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;Employees&amp;quot; as examples.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
