Welcome to Community Management Roles within the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community. Here you will learn about a few of the critical End-User Roles needed to run a successful online community. You may be performing one or more of the roles covered. End-User Roles are responsibility-type roles such as Community Manager, Group Owners, Moderators, Author and Administrator.

You'll also learn about Product Roles that are different from End-User Roles. Product Roles are groups of Permissions and are used to group and identify users such as "Everyone" or "Registered" or "Partners" or "Employees" as examples.
