Idea create using REST API for a specific user as an author

Using Rest API to create an Idea, is there anyway we can create the idea for a specific user as an author for the idea?

You can create an api key for an admin user ( or a person with impersonate permissions and permission to create an idea ) , and impersonate author by sending the "Rest-Impersonate-User" and user name of the author as a header
