&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The Centralized File System (CFS), in which all user uploaded files are stored in Telligent Community, does not work under the Visual Studio Web Development Server.&amp;nbsp;To allow the CFS to work and correctly serve user uploaded content, you need to run Telligent Community under Internet Information Services (IIS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
