The Ideation application within Verint Community gives you the ability to capture ideas from your community members. For example, you can create an ideation application that asks a question such as “What enhancements should be added in the next product release?” Within that ideation application, the members of the community can submit ideas on what enhancements they feel should be included in the next product release.
