Welcome to our next module - Calendar Management - within the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community. Within this module, you will learn the basics of calendar management including creating a new calendar, creating events within the calendar, ongoing calendar management functions and deleting a calendar.

As mentioned in the previous modules, you must have your own instance of Verint Community or a trial group from a Verint demo site to be able to participate in the exercises. If you have any questions about obtaining Verint Community, please contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out to us directly.
