Welcome to our next module - Blog Management - within the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community. Within this module, we will learn the basics of blog management including creating a new blog, creating blog posts within that blog, ongoing blog management functions and deleting a blog.

As mentioned in the previous modules, you must have your own instance of Verint Community or a trial group from a Verint demo site to be able to participate in the exercises.
