Flagging forum content

Hi, Is there a way can automatically flag the forum post/reply content spam if the content has external URLs?

Yes, In Administration, under Moderation, Abuse Automation. There is a plugin called Link Counts, you can use that to automatically moderate content based on the number of links in the content and you can allow local links to be excluded from the count. On the Content to Review tab you can also limit the types of content that are subject to the limit.
