Is the "diagnostics report" the Tracing report or exceptions report? (Or both?)
How do you use them to diagnose a problem? What about the other monitoring types?

An event is a manually or automatically executed task or command in Telligent Community, such as a login. The event logs record server information, creations, updates, and deletions (that is, anything that changes an object's state in the database). When records are written, they include both User ID and the impersonated User ID when appropriate.
The event logs record every event in Telligent Community and provide you with the event information such as event ID, message, event date, and other particulars. You can perform a query of events by date range or event type. The logs are important for troubleshooting your system. If you contact Support to help you troubleshoot a problem, the log can help pinpoint any problems.
The Exceptions Report page provides useful information for troubleshooting problems - showing the exception type, IP, occurrence date, and server name. It contains all exceptions occuring when a user attempted a command or function and the task failed. For example, a failed login attempt generates the Access Denied exception.
You can query the Exception Report for exception types, number of occurrences, sortby option, and unhandled exceptions.
