You can control the maximum size of file uploads and determine allowable file extensions. To do so:
Go to Pencil tool > Administration > Applications. From there, go to:
- Blog files - Navigate to Applications > Blogs > Maximum file size. This is the maximum size, in Kb, of any file to be uploaded to a blog. For extensions, scroll down to Allowed file extensions. This is a comma-separated list of all allowed file extensions to be uploaded to a blog.
- Calendar files - Navigate to Applications > Calendars > Calendar Max File Size. This is the maximum size, in Kb, of any file to be uploaded to a calendar. For allowed file extensions, scroll up to Calendar file storage extensions. This is a comma-separated list of file extensions to be uploaded to a calendar.
- Forum files - Navigate to Applications > Forums > Attachments > Maximum File size. This is the maximum size, in Kb, of any file attachment in the forum. For extensions, scroll down to Allowed file extensions.This is a comma-separated list of allowed file extensions to be uploaded to a forum.
- Gallery files - Navigate to Applications > Media Galleries. This is the maximum size, in Kb, of any file to be uploaded to a gallery. For extensions, scroll down to Allowed file extensions. This is a comma-separated list of all allowed file extensions to be uploaded to a gallery.
- Ideation files - Navigate to Applications > Ideations > Options > Max file size. This is the maximum size, in Kb, of any file to be uploaded to an Ideation. For extensions, scroll down to Allowed file extensions. This is a comma-separated list of allowed file extensions to be uploaded to an ideation.
- Wiki files - Navigate to Applications > Wikis > Attachments > Total file storage allowed for wiki attachments. This is the maximum size, in Kb, of any file attachment in the wiki. For extensions, scroll down to Allowed file extensions. This is a comma-separated list of all allowed file extensions allowed to be uploaded to a wiki.
