If you want to disable tracking on your site, as is required by some locales, there are three questions in the Admin area of Telligent Community that control tracking.
Navigate to Pencil tool > Administration > Membership > Membership Options. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the last 3 settings:
- Enable presence tracking? By default, this option is enabled. To disable presence tracking, select No.
- Allow members to toggle presence tracking enablement? By default, this option defaults to yes. To disable presence toggling, select No.
- Default presence tracking enablement value? By default, this is set to yes. To disable individual member customization, select No.
