If enabled in the core plugin, users can customize their dashboard using layouts or widgets that administrators make available with the Modify User Theme button on the profile page.
To customize your dashboard:
Access the editor options
- Navigate the site home page.
- Clicj Management.
- Click the Modify User Theme item on the Management panel. The Modify User Theme panel appears.
- Click Edit Page. The Edit Page Panel appears.
Choose a layout
- Click Layout. The Layout view appears.
- Click the desired layout option. The page view changes to that layout.
- To preview the page, click Preview. The preview opens in a new tab or window and its changes are shown live (that is, if you make edits in the editor, the preview will show these changes live).
- To return to the editor, click Return to editor on the panel.
- Click Save in the Edit Page panel. The page changes are saved.
Choose and edit widgets
- Click Widgets. The widget list appears, displaying the widgets available for this context.
In this bar, you can search for the desired widget in the Find a widget field, or scroll down through the list. - Drag the desired widget to the desired location. The page displays the widget in region(s) where it can be used. Any widget that says "Locked" must remain on the page, but can be moved to a different position.
- To preview the page, click Preview. The preview opens in a new tab or window.
- Click Save.
Change widget format

Hover your mouse over the widget menu bar. The widget options appear.
- Click Format. The formatting options appear.
- Select an option. If you like, you can preview the changes using the Preview button.
- Perform any desired widget configuration by clicking Configure.
Change responsive formatting option
- Hover your mouse over the widget menu bar. The widget options appear.
- Click Responsive behavior. Bear in mind that you can view these changes while making them in preview mode on your mobile device (if you opt in).
The options include:- Always shown, priority 1 in single column mode - On mobile devices, where single column mode is used, the widget will be priority 1 (at the top of the page, above priority 2 or 3 widgets, but possibly below "only shown in single column mode").
- Always shown, priority 2 in single column mode - On mobile devices, the widget will be priority 2 (at the middle of the page, below priority 1 widgets but above priority 3).
- Always shown, priority 3 in single column mode - On mobile devices, the widget will be priority 3 (at the bottom-middle to bottom of the page, above widgets in "only shown in single column mode").
- Only shown in single column mode - On mobile devices, the widget will be displayed where you place it (including possibly above priority 1). The widget is not prioritized.
- Hidden in single column mode - On mobile devices, the widget will not be displayed.
Perform widget configuration
- Hover your mouse over the widget menu bar. The widget options appear.
- Click configuration. The widget configuration window appears.
- Perform configuration as described in the widget configuration procedures. You can preview your work live, as described in the other sections.
