Accessibility issues on buttons of Rich text Editor

Your screenshots do not specify what the issue is.   If it is a contrast related item, these can be corrected with theme/styling adjustments.  Other editor related accessibility issues were resolved in 11.0 and would require an update as these types of issues are highly unlikely to be resolved in 10.x.

As I mentioned, It is an Accessibility issue on the button of Rich text Editor to reproduce this issue you have to run the Accessibility Insight tool Add-on Accessibility Insights for Web · Accessibility Insights. Once installed click on Fast Pass then It will show all the errors on your page like below:

2. On this Screenshot, Either You can check the errors in detail on the Fast pass page or you can click on that highlighted red box with the Exclamatory sign it will show you the exact error.
   
   
   

And the Error is occurring on the Telligent platform itself on the buttons of Rich text Editor.

If this issue is not resolved on version 10.3 Please confirm here?

If you have specific issues reported by this tool then those issues will have to be itemized and specifically reported to support and we will review them as potential items to address in the future.  However as I mentioned, editor changes have already been made in 11 (not 10) and it is highly unlikely any additional changes will be made to 10.3 as we are now on version 12.

I would also review on our position on product accessibility as it relates to the current release

We're facing one more issue with this Rich Text Editor. Accessibility team users can't access all the tools such as Edit, Insert, View Format, tools and etc. via tab key or caps + arrow key. So Rich text editor is failing in Accessibility. 
The accessibility team isn't able to access Rich Text Editor features. They only can write their comments until they don't have access to the options.

I checked it too on the Telligent platform.

Can you please confirm this issue as well?

In order to get a ticket, as was mentioned you will need to contact support and give the specifics.  I also need to reiterate that we did fix certain issues with the editor already in 11 and would not backport them to 10.  Other issues similar to what you have defined were deemed correctable by user customization.
