Navigation to Group Ideation

Hi Charlene van Niekerk, I'm not entirely sure why it isn't picking up that application, sorry for the troubles! One quick workaround is to use the Custom URL option (in Link Type drop down), and link to the ideation page you want. It is worth opening a ticket about it not pulling back what you would expect on the Single Ideation.

I have seen this problem before. With us it was the indexing service was down. I'm not sure how we fixed that. I think we rebooted a webservice

Thanks Grant Pankonien. I have tried using the Custom URL option and it works for navigation purposes. The only concern is that the navigation option is then also visible to non-members of that group. Thus, when Non-group members click on the "Suggestions" navigation option, it appears to be a broken link as they do not have access to the ideas application.

Is it possible to hide the Custom URL link from non-group members while using the site Navigation widget?
