Datetime as local browser's local time zone

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have a time in UTC like " 1/18/2021 6:30:00 AM (UTC-09:00) Alaska" to display, 
 How can I convert and display this datetime in to local time zone like we open our application in India then it will convert in Indian time of mentioned date and 
 if we will open our application in UK then then it will convert in UK time of mentioned date and 
 If we will open our application In USA then it will convert in USA time of mentioned date

The platform will not auto detect timezone values, it is going to use the timezone value set in the user's profile or the site timezone as default for non-authenticated users. If you switch timezones you would need to update your user account
