Are there file size limits on uploaded and/or embedded videos?

Question

Before we attempt uploading or embedding a rather large video size to a gallery or in a document wanted to check and see if there are any known file size limits. I understand it may take awhile to process, but before we attempt want to know if possible. Thank you for your help.

Hi Sharon! There are settings to limit file sizes for most application but we do not set a max for the Media Gallery application type.  The maximum size of your file upload depends on the format the file is and the conversion process to be rendered through video encoding (if its a video) or rendered in document viewer as a PDF or powerpoint, etc. You should be in good shape with files that are under 20 MB but they can go bigger.
