The question whether it is possible for email template (for outbound forum posts and replies) so that each reply should be labeled whether it is a reply to an original post or to a reply on a comment to a post?
It was requested whether one way would be to distinguish the two by adding the word direct in the subject line of the notification email when someone directly replies to a comment you posted vs when someone posts to a discussion you started in general.
When someone replies to a thread you started - the notification email's subject could stay the same.
i.e. Shelby Community Topic Reply in [name of the thread]
When someone replies directly to a comment you made - the subject could have the word direct added.
i.e. Shelby Community Topic Direct Reply in [name of the thread]
