Window goes blank when trying to tag a post

Can you please share the full version of community you are using, any diagnostics/exceptions that occur concurrently, and what (if any) JavaScript errors may be appearing in the JavaScript console when this occurs and detailed steps to reproduce? This was previously logged, but declined as not currently reproducible.

Please follow the steps to reproduce the issue .

1 . create a blog post with tag  "HTML" or  add the tag "HTML"  by Manage Blog > Tags > Add Tag .

2. Now try to create another blog post and in the tags field type HTML . That's it  page turns to white and you can find js errors on the console .

3. This is just not limited to  blog post but also forum post .

I tried this on 10.3.0.5640 , 10.3.0.6491 , 11.1.1.10427  versions .
