How can change subject/Title of plugin error

Hi All , 
 in catch i am logging error with below code 
 Apis.Get<IExceptions>().Log(ex); 
 i am getting below error but i want to change error tile/subject circled in below image.

Unfortunately there is not a way for you to define this. I've logged the following bug to look into this as we used to have an option to define this, however it's currently obsolete. 
 TE-15443: ILoggableException obsolete, but no other option to specify exception type category. Completed for 12.1
