Provided the "action" section is rendered (is physically visible) on page load, the section shows per usual. However, if the section isn't visible in the windows viewbox AND the user scrolls too fast or not far enough... the section doesn't show. Many times, even when the user scrolls down the page at any speed (slow-fast), the action-buttons-section still will not load.
We've recently ran into this where an unwanted/spam comment contained info we wanted to remove but the issue has again bubbled up that the Admin was/is unable to remove the post unless they employ a work-around we've stumbled on.
Any insight as to whether this is a known issue or whether a formal request for support would be more appropriate?
