Color Code Events in Calendar

I want to be able to show different event types in calendar show up in different colors. How would I be able to do that?

You can edit the "Event Calender - Calendar" widget to render a color based on some property of the event, but unless you are using an existing property to determine the type, you will also need to add logic to the "Event Calendar - Add/Edit Event" widget to specify the type when creating or editing an event. The easiest way is probably through an ExtendedAttribute. Unfortunately we do not expose ExtendedAttributes through the Create Event velocity extension method, so you would need to call via REST: https://community.telligent.com/community/10/w/api-documentation/61474/create-events-rest-endpoint .
