Password reset link not sending email

Current version: 10.2.4.5233

Recently upgraded from 10.0.2.5303 and the password reset link is no longer sending me an email for my user to reset a password. I've looked at the release notes for all versions after 10.2.4 and I don't see anything pertaining to password reset links not functioning.

Am I missing something simple?

  • We had the same problem and it was that our emails were being blocked by our mail-server. They were beefing up security and did not allow an unknown external server to send mails which end with our domain namen on behalf of our organization.

    This was solved by adding _spf.telligent.com as an IP address alias to our mailserver directory. Hope this helps
